Enrique Quiroga-González got his PhD at the University of Kiel (Germany), where he was leader of battery research afterwards. From 2014 he works as researcher at BUAP (Puebla, Mexico), being the leader of the Energy Lab and the coordinator of the master's and PhD programs on Materials Science. From 2017 he is the representative of the Mexican Energy Storage Network.

Expert in regulation of electricity markets and climate change with more than 15 years of international experience in the electricity sector in public and private initiatives to promote renewable energy growth in Mexico and Central America. She has collaborated as responsible for the regulatory management of the main companies of the electricity sector in Latin America (Enel Green Power, AES Corporation and Naturgy), performing market analysis, renewable potential studies, proposals to modify regulatory frameworks and commercial strategies, as well as the management relationship with institutions and associations. She is currently a partner at Fresh Energy Consulting, a consultancy firm specialize in strategy, regulation and commercialization of renewable energy. She has been part of the Advisory Council of the Energy Regulatory Commission (2015-2018) and Advisor of the Mexican Association of Photovoltaic Energy (Asolmex) from 2014 to date.

Celeste Morales Santiago is a professional with experience in technology management, continuing education and digital communication. Currently, she works as Head of Technology Management and Liaison Office of the Renewable Energy Institute (IER) of UNAM. She is co-author of the books 'La gobernanza en la ciudad de México. Visiones multidisciplinarias"; y "México hacia una transición energética." When she was Head of the Continuing Education Programs of the IER-UNAM, she led the creation of new educational programs and the improvement of existing ones, including the online learning platform "Renovando Talentos". In collaboration with the Continuing Education team, she works on the curricular design of hybrid and online courses, as well as the development of open educational resources.
