Leticia is founding partner and CEO at FOTOVOLTAICA Design Studio. She is a passionate and renowned Renewable Energy Engineer. He specialized in the design, modeling, simulation and development of photovoltaic projects. His experience working in the private, academic and government sectors provides him with solid knowledge in the solar industry to develop strategies and projects comprehensively. His leadership transcends borders, achieving key collaborations to contribute to an inclusive and fair energy transition. Leticia leads FOTOVOLTAICA Design Studio, the first engineering firm for photovoltaic projects in Latin America that is changing the rules of the game, professionalizing the solar industry in every sense, with a strong social commitment to the community. She was recognized and awarded by the French embassy, IFAL and ENGIE as 'Promising Woman Engineer in the Energy Transition' in December 2023, which allowed her to connect with key actors in Paris and Belgium. It has certification EC0586.01 in installation, EC1181 in supervision of photovoltaic systems, and various diplomas, including one in Senior Management for Women in Energy. She is a Delegate in Baja California for the Council of Photovoltaic Energy Professionals. He is part of the board of directors of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Competencies Management Committee. In addition to her business achievements, Leticia is the first female trainer in the use of specialized software for SFV simulation in Latin America and is breaking paradigms, achieving training and collaborating with institutions such as UNAM, IEEE, government institutions and universities.
