Viridiana Vázquez Guerrero as a founding partner of VA Energía Sustentable, she plays a crucial role in promoting renewables energies. Previously, she was General Manager of the Asociación Mexicana de Energía Solar Fotovoltaica (ASOLMEX) and General Director of (CANACINTRA) in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. In addition, she is the creator of ""Mujeres Transformando"" program, and has contributed to the development of the Centro Regional de Investigación y Desarrollo de Energías Alternativas (CRIDEA) through the Colegio de Chihuahua. She has a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, with a postgraduate degree in Administration, focused on Business Development and a specialization in Energy Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

Director of Ata Mexico and Central America, she advises the entire value chain on the successful implementation of large-scale renewable energy projects. She founded and is the current president of Mujeres en Energía Renovable México AC, a non-profit organization across the renewable energy sector, with the purpose of empowering women in the field of renewable energy in LATAM.

Lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales, expert in electricity regulation and development of energy projects. She has a diploma in Environmental Law, Energy and Natural Resources, in Administrative Authorisations and Permits, in Regulation and Electricity Market, and in Administrative Law. She is a lecturer in the Diploma in Regulation and Electricity Market at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the USACH, in the Solar Academy course at the Faculty of Business of the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and in the Diploma in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development and Development of Natural Resources Projects, both at the University of Chile. Between 2020 and 2022 she was director of the Chilean Solar Energy Association.

Simone graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cagliari (Italy) and subsequently obtained a Master's degree from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom), which has provided him with a solid foundation to lead global projects in the field of energy.
