Viridiana Vázquez Guerrero as a founding partner of VA Energía Sustentable, she plays a crucial role in promoting renewables energies. She is the VP of Green Economy at Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Transformación (CANACINTRA), and actively participates in the Industrial Branch of Renewable Energy. Previously, she was General Manager of the Asociación Mexicana de Energía Solar Fotovoltaica (ASOLMEX) and General Director of (CANACINTRA) in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. In addition, she is the creator of ""Mujeres Transformando"" program, and has contributed to the development of the Centro Regional de Investigación y Desarrollo de Energías Alternativas (CRIDEA) through the Colegio de Chihuahua. She has a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, with a postgraduate degree in Administration, focused on Business Development and a specialization in Energy Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

She is also the chair of SLOCAT, an international multistakeholder partnership enabling knowledge and action for sustainable, low carbon transport. Rana comes from a background in private industry and applied research in the areas of renewable energy, energy access, waste management as well as waste to energy. With her cross-functional profile, she is championing pathways to a renewables-based world.

Specialist in Environmental Energy Policy and Management from the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO), with experience in the creation and development of policies and programs focused on energy efficiency for industry and buildings, as well as in the incorporation of strategies for the decarbonization of the energy sector. She currently works as Director of Energy Security and Transition at the Renewable Energy Agency of the State of Nuevo Leon, where her main focus is on strengthening the value chain of key sectors such as green hydrogen, biomethane, distributed generation and energy efficiency, as well as identifying energy market opportunities in general. Among the objectives of his area are the professionalization of the sector, the integration of municipalities and communities, the strengthening of communication to promote a culture of responsible energy consumption in various social spheres, and the promotion of gender equity as a transversal focus in the implementation of energy strategies.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Norma specializes in energy, regulation, ESG, climate change and environment issues. She has worked in both the private sector, advising different national and foreign clients on environmental, real estate and energy issues, as well as in the public sector in different positions.Her time at the Energy Regulatory Commission is relevant, as she was part of the Government's advisory group that developed the 2014 Energy Reform, being responsible for the regulation and implementation of the Clean Energy Certificate mechanism and the Energy Certificate Management System (S-CEL). During her tenure as General Director of Clean Energy Integration, she served as Focal Point for Climate Change in said Commission.It is noteworthy her work in electricity matters, having been responsible for regulation of one of the main electricity companies in the sector. In addition, Norma provides legal advice in the development of projects and regulation in the energy sector, both in gas and hydrocarbons issues. She also has experience in the development of climate change projects and the design of ESG strategies for different sectors and stakeholders.

He is responsible for implementing strategies to introduce new STEM CSP and MGTES technologies to the global market, as well as developing action and growth plans. he stands out for her ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding global market trends and interacting with major institutions. With a career spanning since 2005, he has accumulated deep knowledge of international contracting procedures in the electricity sector. Previously, he worked at Alenia Aeronáutica (Finmeccanica Group) as Head of the Commercial, Program and Office Department. Simone graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cagliari (Italy) and subsequently obtained a Master's degree from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom), which has provided him with a solid foundation to lead global projects in the field of energy.
