Iram is currently founding partner and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of FOTOVOLTAICA Design Studio in Tijuana, B.C. He is a prominent Energy Engineer with an honorary degree from the Autonomous University of Campeche (UACam), and has a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from the Renewable Energy Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (IER-UNAM). Specialized for more than 7 years in solar energy, he has participated as Engineering and Construction Coordinator of photovoltaic plants throughout the country. Additionally, he is a training instructor for professional 3D Simulation, Design and Rendering software for the solar sector, thus training more than 400 people from 30 cities in Mexico and 5 countries in Latin America. He has collaborated with training with the Mexican Climate Initiative, as well as with the UNAM at the IER. He was president of the Executive Committee of the Pacific region for the Council of Photovoltaic Energy Professionals from 2020 to 2024.

Viridiana Vázquez Guerrero as a founding partner of VA Energía Sustentable, she plays a crucial role in promoting renewables energies. She is the VP of Green Economy at Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Transformación (CANACINTRA), and actively participates in the Industrial Branch of Renewable Energy. Previously, she was General Manager of the Asociación Mexicana de Energía Solar Fotovoltaica (ASOLMEX) and General Director of (CANACINTRA) in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. In addition, she is the creator of ""Mujeres Transformando"" program, and has contributed to the development of the Centro Regional de Investigación y Desarrollo de Energías Alternativas (CRIDEA) through the Colegio de Chihuahua. She has a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, with a postgraduate degree in Administration, focused on Business Development and a specialization in Energy Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
