He is an Electrical Mechanical Engineer (Industrial Area), graduated from Anahuac University of the North and completed the Senior Management Course 2 at IPADE, a program with which he studied at the Kellogg School of Management of the Northwestern University of Chicago. At IPADE, he participated in the Energy Council. He completed the Senior Management in Business School program at Columbia Business School (Ivy League University). He has been an entrepreneur in the field since 2002, the year in which he founded SECNER, a company that today provides specialized maintenance, procurement and automation services for assets in the energy sector. Six years later he received a distinction from the Commercial Service of the United States Department of Commerce, for promoting the creation of international trade opportunities between Mexico and the United States of America. He also has a strong background as an entrepreneur in the United States. In 2008 he founded Secner USA, a company initially incorporated in Dallas, TX, which, in 2012, he consolidated with North America Secner Holdings (NASH) based in the city of Houston, TX. In 2016, Oil & Gas recognized him as the Leader of the Year, in addition to being considered by Oil & Energy magazine among the ten leaders of the 100 most influential in the sector, in the last five editions.
